Carrefour has announced its plans to invest between TWD 5 and TWD 7 billion (EUR 120 to EUR 170 million) in Taiwan during the next three years to develop eCommerce and increase topline sales. Carrefour Taiwan anticipates revenues for 2014 will amount to TWD 60 (EUR 1.47 billion). The retailer also reported monthly eCommerce sales reached TWD 60 to TWD 70 million, a TWD 10 million increase on November 2013, when the online operations were launched.
