Carrefour Brazil has introduced an online survey called “Carrefour Panel” which assesses customer satisfaction and in-store shopping experience.
• The online survey is in line with Carrefour’s initiative of developing its own research to improve customer service in its Brazilian stores.
• To participate in the assessment shoppers must access and fill in questionnaires on topics like: product quality, product price, ease in shopping, and other services offered by the retailer are evaluated.
• Following the completion of the questionnaires customers accumulate points which can be exchanged for gift vouchers accepted in all Carrefour hypermarkets.

The tool has already been employed in France, Spain, Italy, Belgium and Romania and the retailer plans to make it available in other markets like Argentina, Poland and Taiwan.
