John Lewis has launched an app called Customer Project Management on Appian Cloud platform, a business process management and case management software. The app will enable John Lewis to speed up and improve the fulfillment of shopper orders for Fitted Kitchens, Floor Coverings and Made to Measure Curtains and Blinds. The move is aligned with its omni-channel strategy to improve and maximize the shoppers experience through digitization, automation and data analytics.

  • Through the Appian application, John Lewis can monitor and alter the full lifecycle of the sale and delivery according to the shoppers’ need and even manage the shoppers’ case specifications. It also helps in managing home inspections; contractor fulfillment and final case wrap up.
