ASDA will launch its in-store Halloween 2014 promotions in 394 stores effective 25th October 2014. Promotional activity will include an in-store Monster treasure hunt for children, developed in partnership with Zappar, a developer of augmented reality applications.

  • The retailer will offer Tie-in products to shoppers that include four stickers which can be placed around their homes to create a personalized monster treasure hunt.
  • Shoppers can also download the free application (app) using their mobile phones to reveal hidden augmented reality content in the stickers
