Having launched the scheme in Spain, Denmark, Austria and Poland, discounter Lidl has finally brought its Lidl Plus app-based loyalty program to its home market. The smartphone-based initiative that offers personalised offers, discounts and more, is now being beta-tested by employees in Berlin and Brandenburg. Users can access promotional coupons and scratchcards for purchases, be notified about offers, browse promotional magazines, store purchase history and locate their nearest store.
